Upgrade/Exchange Program for Dockmate Systems
Exchange Offer for Dockmate Rev.G+ (without aux connector):
Under this program, we are offering a straightforward exchange for Dockmate Rev.G+ systems without an auxiliary connector. This exchange comes at zero cost and with no time constraints, providing flexibility for our dealers for removal and reinstallation.
Upgrade Offer for Dockmate Rev.G:
Customers with Dockmate Rev.G systems, we extend a retail price discount of $5,000 on the new Dockmate kit upon exchange. This offer is contingent upon the return of the entire old Dockmate system and the purchase of a new Dockmate DPS-ready system.
Upgrade Offer for Dockmate Rev.D:
Customers with Dockmate Rev.D systems can benefit from a retail price discount of $3,500 on the new Dockmate kit through our upgrade program. Like the Rev.G offer, this discount is applicable only when the complete old Dockmate system is returned, and a new Dockmate DPS-ready system is acquired.
Exchange Process Details:
An upgrade/exchange entails a complete kit replacement and is treated as a new order. The new system is purchased directly from Dockmate. The labor cost of the dealer to remove the old system and install the new system is billed directly to the owner and NOT part of the exchange price.
All components of the new kit, including cables, charger, remote, etc., will be provided.
The old Receiver with all modules and remote must be returned as part of the exchange process.
The new upgraded system does NOT include any third-party components (I.E. TJS Gateway or S-Link Gateway), which will remain on the boat and not be exchanged.
